"Live Extremities" was an unofficial live bootleg recording of Ultimatum from 1996. The original recording came out on a bootleg label called Bottomline Records in 1997. Later, it was reissued with the band's blessing on Heart of Metal Records on CDR in 2010. In 2015, Stone Groove Records acquired the rights to release it as a digital download. Now, the newly remastered and pitch-corrected tracks are finally available at the highest quality available on replicated CD and digital download on Stone Groove Records/Roxx Records, featuring new 2019 cover artwork created by Scott Waters.
